You will travel in our zebra-striped vehicles into the well-known areas of San Francisco such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Twin Peaks, and Golden Gate Park. You may visit chocolate shops, art installations, movie sites, or take walks into fascinating alleys and stairways. You will also view some hidden and lovely areas of San Francisco not readily known to the visitor, nor savvy natives! Enjoy the local flavors and see the local wildlife (residents) in their natural habitat (the neighborhoods) as you travel through the jungles of San Francisco not explored by other tours.

As a bonus, The Urban Safari can facilitate your trip to Alcatraz, the island prison in the San Francisco Bay, once home to America’s most notorious criminals! Your ticket includes the ferry to and from Alcatraz, admission to the jail, and an award-winning multi-lingual audio guide narrated by former inmates and staff. This is the official on-the-island, in-the-prison National Park Service attraction. Once on the island, you can explore the grounds, the infamous jail, as well as the lovely gardens. You get to choose how much time to spend on the island and you can return to San Francisco at your own pace.
